Golden Retriever Gets Excited Watching ‘Dug Days’ on Disney+ [Video]

• The adorable pup had all his attention on the show’s opening credits that he seemed to not hear his mom’s question.

Charlie the golden retriever has found his new favorite show to watch: a cartoon of another golden retriever, Dug Days. The Disney+ animated series features the beloved talkative dog Dug from Pixar’s Up.

In a 12-second clip shared by Charlie’s mom, Jade, Charlie can be seen propping his front legs on the arm of a couch as he keeps his focus on the television. The video then shows the opening credits of the show.

The video, posted on Oct. 13, has since been viewed over 1 million times.

Charlie was so excited that his tail couldn’t stop wagging. When his mom asks him if he’s watching cartoons, he doesn’t seem to hear her as all his attention is on the TV screen. It was only after the credits ended that he responded with a happy bark.

We can’t really blame Charlie for being so enamored with Dug Days. There’s a reason that Dug is so beloved. The cartoon also shows how much daily life can be improved by an adorable pet.

It turns out that other dogs and pets also enjoy watching TV, especially when it shows another animal.
