Man Becomes BFFs with Stray Dog he Rescued [Video]

• Anand first saw Snowy hiding in the shade of a car one sunny day in Dubai. 
• Snowy was naturally loving but gaining his trust took a bit of time.  
• Anand decided to adopt him, showered him so much love, and the pup eventually put his trust unto his dad wholeheartedly. 

One hot day in Dubai, Anand Raman was visiting his sister when he noticed a dog eating scraps of food while taking shade under a car.

He thought of checking him out to make sure he’s okay. He bent down, peeked to see him, and as soon as the pup saw him back, he ran excitedly toward him as if he had known him for a long time. 

That time, Anand was actually looking for a pet to adopt, but after meeting the pup, he couldn’t resist him at all! 

“He approached me with a curious but excited disposition, wagging his tail excitedly,” Anand told The Dodo. “We then sat there for a while on the sidewalk and he was content just receiving pets from me.”

He noticed the pup’s matted fur and his uneven walk so he brought him back to his car and planned to take him to the vet. 

“I carried him into the car, and he immediately fell asleep on my shoulder,” he shared.

In the clinic, they found out the pup had rickets. He was malnourished and his bones had weakened, causing his weird movement. But aside from that, everything was well for the pup. 

Anand took the pup for a bath and he was amazed how shiny his white fur was — so he named him Snowy.

While Snowy was a naturally loving dog, it was not easy for him to trust right away. However, Anand worked hard to gain that, and finally, the pup realized he would always have a home with his dad. 

Two years later, Snowy and Anand have learned to live harmoniously and the pup now clearly trusts his dad without reservation.
