Lauren Maners is a certified animal lover. The social media influencer has been volunteering at animal shelters and fostering lots of pets. She only decided to take a break when she got pregnant.

But she couldn’t resist helping an animal in need.

When she and her husband Kainan spotted a white cat in a parking lot, she decided to take her in. The cat, whom they named Dove, was alone, wounded, and also pregnant.

They took Dove to the vet a few times until she was nursed back to health. It was then that they found out that Dove may even give birth at about the same time as Lauren! Their bond quickly became stronger as they shared their pregnancy journey.

She just had to have a pregnancy photoshoot with the sweet cat!

Lauren captioned the photos, “Had an exclusive Pregnant Girls Club meeting with my newest rescue, Dove. Does anyone want to guess who’s going to pop first?”

It wasn’t long before Lauren went into labor. As she and her husband got ready for the hospital, it didn’t seem like Dove would give birth just yet.

A few moments later, a beautiful baby girl named Kylie was brought into the world.

And when the couple brought home their first child, they were surprisingly welcomed by Dove’s new kittens.

Lauren and Dove may have given birth at the same time — like predicted!

Lauren made sure to care for the kittens just as she was caring for her little one. She wanted them to be ready for adoption when they grew old enough so that they can be quickly adopted by loving families.

Dove has since been adopted by Lauren’s friend, and her kittens have been adopted by people who live just nearby. That means that Lauren can visit them anytime!

Congratulations to both moms! We wish you and your little ones all the best.
